Quality corrugated sheets or rolls are made in the ACME SINGLE FACER which is designed to operate on all grade of paper.
Motorised loading reel stand is provided with double arm lifting and twin unwinding shafts for paper reels.
Hand wheels are provided to upper corrugating rolls for adjustment of pressure at any selected setting.
One side hand wheel with worm for the adjustment of the pressure roll.

This Heavy Duty Corrugation machine with four times capacity in production than the ordinary corrugation. The machine is provided with steam shower and three pre-heaters for liner paper as well as fluted paper. The gum tray is provided with geared motor on the gum roll, which will continuously rotate the gum to keep the gum with proper viscosity. The gum tray is also provided with water flow to keep the gum cool. The Reel Stand is provided with self loading arrangement with twin unwinding shafts and is capable of taking the reel of 48" diameter. Single Facer will  go directly in rotary sheet cutter to cut into required size. This will be without damaging the flutes.

     
Heavy duty rolls for the production of all flute forms. The rollers are made from special steel to give the hardness to the roll.

ACME flute forms are designed for maximum economy in board, with extra wall thickness of roll. P. BRONZE bushes are provided to the rollers to avoid any ware and high speed run for a long period. Changing of rollers are very easy.
Heaters: We provide four electrical heaters including pre-heater.The heaters are designed in concealed tubes to avoid short circuit and easily replaceable. There is a constant heating.
Arrangement of roll rewinding is also fitted with slippering brakes between squarespindle.
Lubrication system is provided through the oil tank and nozzles with pipes for all three rollers.
Safety guards are fitted near V belts and chains.
Control panel of four heaters can be provided with energy regulators to control the heat.

This machine can be operated in alignment of corrugating machine instead of rewinding and making roll of single phaser. It will avoid the  labour of 2 to 3 persons to cut on board cutter. The machine is attached with P.I.V Gear unit to into the required size. Moreover the machine is provided with variable speed drive to align the corrugation. It can cut the paper into 2 to 3 Nos. at a time from paper reels.

Acme Sheet Pressing Machine is manufactured for pressing the corrugated sheets after lamination. The machine is heavy duty, fabricated from steel channels and angles with wooden platforms is given with two long sturdy screws and worm gears. Electric Motor mounted on top. Two strong springs are fitted for regularising and for even pressure on the sheets. The up and down movements of pressing platform can be done by reversible switch.

The first process in box making is to crease and slit the corrugated sheets, once vertically and afterwards horizentlly to the required length and width.

The machine is heavy duty and sturdy, mounted on U channel platform properly leveled. The creasing dies and the cutters are in two halves and are easily adjustable as per required sizes. The machine is provided with two Nos. of gauges (left and right) on the feeding table to make use of both the ends. All the four  shafts are fitted on ball bearings for smooth running. Up and down movement of the shafts are provided through Eccentric bushes.One steering wheel is provided to rotate by hand and check the proper adjustment. Oil cups are provided for proper lubrication, Safety guard is fitted to the side of>V belts.

Speed: All the machines are running approx.25 to 30 strokes per minutes.
Minimum distance between two slots is 4" (10 cms.)
Maximum distance between slot at one end & 'L' shape corner cutting at other end is about 5" less than the size of the machine.

The next operation after creasing will be slotting in the corrugated board for making the box. The machine is provided with three slots and one L cutting. The Eccentric Slotting machine is ideal for slotting on both sides with L shaped cutting. The bottom portion (female knives)are moving on rack and can make the adjustment as per our requirement.
The guage is provided on the table and on the knives for the required depth. One steering wheel is also provided to operate by hand to check the proper adjustment. Oil cups are
provided for lubrication. Safety guards are also provided.

The last and final operation before despatch is of stitching. Box stitching machine is most useful in the box factory. The parts are standardized and are interchangeable. The machine is capable of continuous running at the high speed. Various models of stitching machines are available like Angular-Straight-Bottom etc. You can use flat wire 12 x 25 gauge in all the machines and round wire 21 gauge in straight machine by changing some parts. The design of the machine is universal and world famous. Very easy in operation and also for servicing & repairing. All the spares are always available all around the world.
